- Answering phone calls, taking messages or forwarding calls to appropriate staff member;
- Preparation of various daily, weekly, monthly reports;
- Following other management instructions;
- Performing documentation works, both electronic and paper. When requested, searching for and compile requested material from the databases.
- Excellent knowledge of office administration and office procedures
- Proficient knowledge of office tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills knowledge (Word & Excel is a must)

- Fluent in Azerbaijan and Russian (English is preferable)

Working hours: Monday to Saturday 08:00 – 17:00
